“...I'm not from the area, just passed through and thought I might get a sandwich, and since I loathe franchises I felt lucky to stumble upon this place. I had a PLT and it was really great. Crispy prosciutto, big slices of tomato, appropriate serving of avocado, I think spinach? and just a hint of mayo, they do salt and pepper right and this sandwich was noticeably satisfying. I got through half and didn't want to be a pig so I asked for the remainder to be wrapped up, and they did so happily. The decor is what I'd call "progress new". Meaning they're just getting into this space and once they make some money they'll get some better tables and chairs. So it's up to you people in that community to support this excellent new local business so they can do that. In a world where people are getting their food from drive throughs and franchises, this place is a beacon of hope. “I'm actually from Los Angeles and stumbled upon this gem while on a work trip to our Northvale office. We walked in on a whim for a quick bite and were told that they were having their opening in a couple of days. Needless to say, the chef and staff were very welcoming and invited us to stay (despite not being fully open).
The chef brought out a bunch of small testers each of which was amazing. I got the turkey sandwich and the turkey (made in house apparently) was the best I've ever had. I've been back a couple of times since with a bunch of people and everyone who has been here loves the place. Keep up the good work guys!” -Nazim P. *
“This is not your average sandwich shop. The is crafted perfectly with something for everyone, offering some very clever creations. You can tell the chef takes his time putting together delicious and quality food! So far I have had "the angry chicken, belly of the beast, and the Big chz stk." All of which were friggin awesome. Also tried the fries that had a smoked seasoning on them, loved it. My plan is to try everything on the menu!” -Nina Z.

Nice selection of different sandwiches, not the same old tuna, turkey, Italian combo you can get at half a dozen delis in a 1/2 mile radius.I had the PLT which is their take on a BLT only instead of bacon it's made with crisped prosciutto. Delicious! Will definitely be getting this again. The
prosciutto was nice and crisp, the tomatoes, arugula and avocado fresh and tasty and the whole grain bread was outstanding, really made the entire sandwich. I look forward to trying other sandwiches on the menu! Keep up the good
